To start with, He Peipei's speech attracted wide attention from the participating teachers. Meanwhile, He Peipei pointed out that when head teachers faced various problems and challenges of students, empathy could help teachers better understand students' mental state and needs. Also, by putting themselves in students' shoes, teachers could solve problems more impartially and effectively, while also building trust and respect between teachers and students. 

On the other hand, He Peipei emphasized the relationship between persistence and hope, believing that in the face of difficulties and challenges, teachers should make unremitting efforts to create and find hope, because this positive attitude can not only motivate themselves, but also inspire students, which can set an example for students to face difficulties positively.
